On 2 August 2025, the Departments of Fashion Design and Technology (FDT) and Apparel Manufacturing Technology (AMT) organized an educational industry visit to East West Industrial Park. During the visit, students observed the complete apparel manufacturing process, including product development, cutting, sewing, quality assurance, finishing, merchandising, compliance, warehouse management, and supply chain operations. Industry professionals explained modern production technologies, lean manufacturing practices, quality control systems, and workplace safety standards. The visit successfully bridged theoretical knowledge with practical industrial applications.
